How Admirals ranks
Admirals has been operating since 2001, originally as Admiral Markets. The rebrand in 2021 didn't change the regulatory structure or client protections, FCA (595450), ASIC (410681), and CySEC (201/13) remain in place, but it marked a shift toward a multi-asset positioning that goes beyond pure FX. The broker remains particularly strong in Eastern Europe and the Baltic states, where it was one of the first internationally-regulated brokers to build a local presence.
Admirals offers the MetaTrader Supreme Edition plugin on both MT4 and MT5. This is a free add-on that adds a mini terminal, professional trading tools, correlation matrices, a tick chart trader, and sentiment indicators directly into the MetaTrader environment. For traders who are committed to the MetaTrader stack and want professional-grade tools without paying for a separate charting subscription, Supreme Edition is a meaningful upgrade over vanilla MT4.
The Zero account delivers EUR/USD spreads averaging 0.1-0.3 pips with a USD 6 round-turn commission, competitive with IC Markets and FP Markets. The Trade.MT5 account is better matched to traders who also want exposure to equities and ETF CFDs alongside FX, as it carries wider spreads but no commission and a broader instrument range.
Admirals runs a structured online trading school (admirals.com/education) with courses from beginner through intermediate, plus regular live webinars in multiple languages. The content is consistent and updated rather than being evergreen marketing material.
No cTrader or TradingView native integration. The Zero account minimum deposit of USD 100 is standard but the Trade account requires USD 1. Customer support quality is uneven across regions, Eastern European support desks are strong; others less so.
Admirals is a strong choice for European traders who want a regulated, well-established broker with a serious MetaTrader setup, competitive Zero account pricing, and above-average education. For existing MetaTrader users, the Supreme Edition plugin is a compelling free upgrade.

I’m really loving the IG platform! Spreads are super tight and their tools are top-notch. Can't believe how easy it is to trade indices with their charting features!
Support took eleven days to close a ticket that should have been minutes. The spreads are decent, but the execution speed is kinda slow for my strategy. Worst of all, I had issues with my withdrawal which is really disappointing. I'm really let down with how things have turned out.
