The ADGM FSRA licence - one of the most rigorous financial regulatory frameworks in the Middle East - and the FCA licence in the UK provide a dual-regulated structure that few UAE-headquartered brokers can match.

Product and execution

ADS offers forex, equities, fixed income, and commodities alongside CFDs, giving GCC-based traders a broader multi-asset product range than most regional competitors. Execution is routed through institutional prime brokerage relationships, providing tight spreads and deep liquidity on major FX pairs during the Dubai and London sessions. The OREX proprietary trading platform is designed for professional workflow with advanced order types, multi-chart workspaces, and FIX API connectivity for algorithmic clients.

Regulation and client protection

FSRA (Abu Dhabi Global Market) applies a common-law regulatory framework modelled on international best practices. FCA registration provides additional UK-standard oversight for the London operations. Client fund segregation and capital adequacy requirements apply under both licences. There is no equivalent of FSCS under FSRA, but the regulatory framework is substantive.
