FXPro for crypto: four-platform access to regulated crypto CFDs

FXPro provides cryptocurrency CFDs on major tokens including Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Ripple, and a selection of other leading coins across its four platforms: MT4, MT5, cTrader, and FXPro Direct. The four-platform approach is FXPro's key differentiator, no other regulated broker in its tier supports all four major retail trading platforms from a single account.

Platform coverage

MT4, MT5, cTrader, and FXPro Direct all support crypto CFD trading. Traders with existing systems on any MetaTrader version or cTrader can add crypto exposure without switching brokers.

Trading costs

FXPro uses variable spreads with no commission on crypto CFDs on standard account types. No minimum deposit on the standard account. FXPro does not apply inactivity fees.

Regulation

FXPro is regulated by FCA (UK), CySEC (EU), FSCA (South Africa), and SCB (Bahamas). The FCA and CySEC licences are the primary regulatory anchors. UK clients are covered by FSCS (up to GBP 85,000).

Limitations

FXPro's crypto range is focused on major pairs only, with a narrower coin count than eToro (100+), Capital.com (200+), or even HFM (50+). No real crypto ownership, staking, or on-chain access. The FXPro Direct proprietary platform is less analytically capable than xStation 5 or Next Generation for crypto charting, making it functional rather than differentiating.

Bottom line

FXPro is a strong choice for existing FXPro clients who want to add crypto CFD exposure to their multi-platform account under FCA/CySEC regulation. It is not the best option for traders whose primary interest is cryptocurrency.
